This product contains the Spitzer Enhanced Imaging Products Source List
catalogue downloaded from IRSA and limited to HELP coverage. Its full
documentation is available at:

The documentation states that it's the Cryogenic Release v3.0 (CR3) version but
the table is named slphotdr4.

The SEIP catalogue may be used to check Spitzer products.
